Welcome to Wardrobe Wednesday's where for four weeks in each season, I will share with you what's in my wardrobe!
Keep in mind that 90% of my clothing is purchased from thrifts stores and yard sales because I never pay full price. I'm in no way trying to "show off" what's in my closet but instead encourage my readers to see that there are options when it comes to dressing modestly...
Amid the rain this morning, running late for a dentist appointment and my poor in-law's who are visiting coming down with the flu last night, I was able to take this poor excuse of a picture. Here I have a super cute floral top I bought for $12 at Maurice's, paired with a half sleeve tee from Down East Basics and a long jean-skirt purchased at a thrift store for $3, which you can't really see but is there!
Fast Forward! After a long day...here is what I really looked like today.
The day grew increasingly gloomy and rainy so I added a sweater I purchased at Costco last year for about $19.
Now to the best part of today's post!

I like the way you "modestfied" that blouse. :-) For you information - they have some high necked tank tops with wide shoulders as Blair that are good for "modestfying" clothes or wearing under long sleeve shirts. You can find them here: http://www.blair.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=1412
Watch for sales there too. They mark them down sometimes. They also have some other styles besides this one that might suit some ladies.
